Port of Spain, the Trinidad capital, has the energy and edge of a large, industrial city. Some parts, in fact, are worth avoiding, but a day around Queen’s Park Savannah takes you back to the city’s former glory. In Tobago, Speyside has one of the most beautiful natural bays in the region, and attracts its fair share of divers and snorkelers around the marine park.
