How to Get There

Win a Charter Vacation to the BVI

As an official stopover partner of the 2014-2015 Volvo Ocean Race Newport Stopover, the only North American stopover from May 5 – 17, 2015; Sunsail has launched the Live Your Dreams trip giveaway that gives adventurers a chance to win a vacation of a lifetime (without the sub-zero temperatures experienced in the VOR). While the Volvo Ocean Race is an incredible test of men against nature, the Live Your Dreams Contest allows participants to start their own expedition of discovery by plotting a course connecting the dots around the world – from the islands of the Caribbean to the rich culture and ancient history of the Mediterranean, and to the coral beauty of French Polynesia – reachable by Sunsail charters and its 26 global locations.

The grand prize winner will receive a 10-day trip to the British Virgin Islands including a 7-day voyage on a private Sunsail charter, 3-day/4-night stay at the Bitter End Yacht Club located in Virgin Gorda, and round-trip airfare for two, courtesy of the British Virgin Islands Tourist Board. To enter, participants are to visit www.sunsail.com/liveyourdreams and create their own round-the-world trip. After entrants select a boat type for the Live Your Dreams voyage, the entrant is to choose 5 destinations he/she wishes to visit by plotting it on an interactive map. What better way to be inspired to live your life to the extreme and enter-to-win a lifetime adventure.

Contest starts April 1, 2015 at 12:00am and ends May 18, 2015 at 12:00am. The winner will be selected at random by an independent person, from all correct and eligible entries received before the closing time. Winner will be chosen on or about May 18, 2015 and notified by email. The Live Your Dreams contest is made possible by Sunsail’s partners including the British Virgin Islands Tourist Board and Bitter End Yacht Club.

Potential participants will also have the opportunity to enter the Live Your Dreams contest at the Sunsail’s Global Experience Pavilion, hosted in the Race Village of the Volvo Ocean Race Newport Stopover, which will feature a number of exciting cultural experiences from its 26 different destinations
